Let me share the journey of a Medical Director, a figure of brilliance in his field, yet at a crossroads when it came to stepping into a role that seemed like a natural next step for him. Despite his extensive expertise and groundbreaking contributions, a barrier stood between him and the leadership position he aspired to: his approach to leadership communication.
