Writing helps us in our journey towards self-discovery. 'Writing practice' is the process.

Like most things profound, the idea is quite simple. We meet in the community, sit still for a few minutes to settle our minds. And then we do timed writing based on topics offered by the facilitator. The intention is to write first thoughts and go for the jugular, no editing.

No discussion, no appreciation, no critique from those who listen. We say thank you and the next person reads. Writing in a community is magical.
